"Isn’t a store like this supposed to help people that don’t really know about wood and materials? My husband and I went in to get a piece of wood, ask the guy that was back in the finish lumber area to help out and it was like we offended him! He only was very short and rude, but didn’t even wanna explain to us the questions that we were asking him, we end up spending $125 on a piece of wood and asked him to cut it for us… Again a huge attitude, was very rude, and almost made you feel stupid! Then on the way out, not being a frequent, granola, lumber shopper, a lady jumps out from behind the counter and stick her hand out. My husband and I looked at each other and said what do you need? She didn’t even respond, but grabbed the receipt out of our hand again without saying anything! I guess Home Depot is the best, but! I would not recommend lumber to anyone considering , the two people that we encountered were extremely rude!"
