"I normally come here to get my eye brows threaded most of the girls are good, but I went today 1/21 their was a new girl never seen before very aggressive and rushed made them uneven and now my eyebrows are sore and red never experienced this before. Wish I would’ve got her name. Very disappointed!"

"Don’t come here this owner doesn’t care about her customer wait 25 mins for a eyebrow threading kept taking different customers after I was next then when I was about to get my eyebrow threading she took someone else because they had a appointment even thought I had been waiting their first don’t come here and give them any money if I could zero stars"

"They should call it skinnybrows! Bad experience and not great threading. My brows just needed a clean up and I asked for a bit more arch. Well, they just came out super thin. The two girls working were rude and not sociable at all. I do not understand how this place has such great reviews, they have zero customer service. I regret tipping. Will not be back."

"First time in a long time to do threading and the young lady was surprisingly awful. I came here because of the reviews. Not coming back. I wasn’t familiar with some of the instructions so I asked and she ‘rolled her eyes as she described how to hold and stretch. I ask for clean only instead she removed half my brows now thin and was done in 4 minutes!!!! Horrifying. I am leaving this review precisely because I came here based on the reviews. Possibly a different worker but wow, maybe she needs a different profession if she doesn’t like doing this work. Just disappointing."
