"I didn't actually use this place I'm giving them four Stars based on the phone call I had just now I needed an item which they did not have he was very courteous and he suggested another place where I might be able to get it which I appreciate very much. So is on the phone customer service being polite was a good experience especially these days where it's like and truly I do mean this you go in a store and it's like there is no customer politeness it's like you're bothering them they never say thank you ect.. that's not what I had here and I appreciate that people are quick to complain I'm quick to say thank you so thank you"
"This place has been around since the 50's and is well stocked with replacement plumbing parts that are hard to find elsewhere. It helps if you can bring in what you need to replace and they'll match it up for you. I was told at one hardware store they'd need to special order the American Standard Valves I needed, but Security had them in stock and the matching seats as well!"
"Showed by at 11:45am on Saturday. They close at 12pm Noon. I asked for help in buying a part. Showed a picture. Said he didn’t know. Would barely speak to me from inside the store. Cool."
