This business very, very rarely answered or returned phone calls in spite of leaving messages. The most unprofessional and rude business I have every dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would."

"Terrible customer service. I called on Monday to set up an appointment for someone to measure my windows and get an estimate. I’m wanted to install 3 windows and a sliding glass door. The person keeps answering the phone “Hello” instead of “Airway Glass Company”. After making the appointment for Tuesday I called back to confirm it. Two guys came out to measure without any information concerning the windows. No brochure! Nothing! Before they left they said they would email me the estimate and the information on the Milgard windows. I have received nothing from them. I called on Friday stating I have not received the email estimate. The person that answers the phone said they sent the email but put a Q in the email address. Big joke, ha ha. He stating he would send it in the next 15 minutes. Now they are closed for the weekend and I have nothing. AIRWAY is a BIG Waste of your time."
