"These guys were always so impatient and rude and I dreaded anytime I needed to call there. One day, one of the associates was being especially rude after I was told one of our employees who is an elderly lady had recieved terrible customer service while at the store so I closed our account, and I haven't thought of them until this day so I thought I'd celebrate not having looked back. The Big Orange store has been great!"

"Well stocked neighborhood hardware store. It can be overwhelming for a lady to walk in but I was assisted by the friendly staff and was able to buy everything I needed from picture hangers, sink basket, to drapery hooks. Jim was patient enough to answer all of my questions about my home projects and made recommendations. They offer quality brands (i.e. Stanley) that are reasonably priced while some are even cheaper compared to Amazon especially if you don't need supplies in bulk. I am very happy and satisfied with my visit and definitely recommend Callahan - excellent customer service!"
