"Less than 1 star! I was treated like garbage by the salesperson (Hispanic male in his 30's) & the store manager Rafael. I believe they are in a relationship and likely defended each other. I was courteous and professional and I was treated with absolute disdain, discourtesy and malice. And to think - the headquarters of this business is in Santa Barbara, my hometown. In SB we NEVER treat people with inferiority and disrespect. The Ventura store has a lot to learn. I called Diana the president of the company three times, left three messages and never heard back. Disgusting!"

"Kudos to Hector Valdez at TileCo (Santa Barbara/Ventura) for guiding me in my selection of aqua glass and matte subway tile for my kitchen backsplash above the stove, sink and cabinet area. It was Hector's idea to alternate the glossy and matte finish to give the look more texture and he was right! I love how the tile glistens in the sunlight but also looks almost three dimensional. It's really exquisite, especially as it contrasts with the white cabinets and beige countertops. Yay for Hector and TileCo for their expert guidance!"

"Came in here to look at tile options for my fireplace great experience as soon as I walked in. The ladies here were so friendly and helpful allowed us to walk through without being 'bugged' (like the other places we went to today) but we're attentive when needed. I like them so much, I came back and ordered the liners/domes for the fireplace and the enhancer/sealer. We could have possibly gotten it cheaper elsewhere but with the great customer service received I want to give them my business. Thank you ladies!"
