"Th company Follett actually owns this bookstore. This is the 2nd semester of had extreme issues with getting my books into the bookstore to buy them. Last semester I had to end up personally contacting the book store manger because none of the employees knew anything about when the next shipment of books were going to be in period I ended up having to wait a month into the semester before I was even able to receive my book to do my school work. This semester I have waited just about 2 months to receive a book in the store, and it is still not there I've left my number with multiple people and I have not been contacted. I stop by every single day that I have school because I am far behind in my work due to this problem. I called the Follett corporate number and the lady was absolutely no help she just kept telling me that I needed to contact the store manager and then if that didn't work that I needed to tell my professor to contact in the bookstore manager. This book store is absolutely awful and the inventory is not kept up with. The people are as helpful and they can be but they don't know any of the information on when any of the stuff will be in. I would buy what I need elsewhere, but the fact that purchased an e-book I should be able to purchase a paper copy for $30 instead of going elsewhere and paying $200. Yes I do know I have the e-book, but when I only have access to internet for two days of the week while I am at school it is very hard to read with just a few select hours a week."
"Really good service and they had all the books I needed for my classes."
"The professors are awesome. The staff and faculty are great. The library and gym are great."
"I've never had as many problems with the bookstore as I have this year. Their inventory is all messed up so don't plan on getting your books until a good 2 weeks after class has already started. One of my books they had shipped from Texas and I am supposed to have half of the book read for a book review by this point. Well I still haven't received it and I just looked up the tracking number and it was delivered there on the 5th and today is the 11th. No one has even called me to let me know! Great."
"I work there as a custodian so I get to see first hand how great all the teachers /perfesser's are and what a great job they do."
