"I have been with Gold Gym since 2017, I have always known and interact with polite, nice any friendly Gold’s gym managers who handle issues with outermost respect. The current Manager is extremely rude and unnecessarily irrational. He seems to have a lot of issues with himself."

"Giving it a 2 star because more times than not the men’s sauna is broken. The gym staff claim people keep misusing the sauna and almost seem to punish the rest of the men who use it responsibly by not fixing it promptly. At this rate, I am almost ready to take my membership elsewhere. Other than that, nice facility and with good equipment and the kids club is a huge plus."

"Normally it's always a great experience except for today.As I entered the men restroom the manager of gold gym jackson tn was talking to a guy at this time I didn't know the guy was a painter.I went on finished up and as I was exiting the restroom the guy that the manager was talking to had begin painting the door Frame of the men restroom all while continuing his conservation with the manager as I was trying to leave without bumping into the painter, I said excuse but he didnt move he continued to talk so I tried to squeeze by without touching him thats when I made contact with the door frame and got paint all over my shirt there was no wet paint signs up at this time.I went back into the restroom and looked into the mirror to see how much paint had gotten on my shirt.I then walked to the office and spoke with manager and asked him for a shirt to workout in he stated he only had employee shirts and nothing for me to workout in.I stated to him if you would have had some signs up it would have made me more aware that the door frames was still wet the manager didnt seem to concerned with my complaint so,I went ahead and worked out anyway with paint all over my shirt.I notice as I was leaving they had put signs up saying wet paint."

"Started my gym membership here about a month ago and as a bonus, got a free personal training session. I got to work with an awesome trainer, Sam Bickel to discuss my goals and how I want to see myself after training. Overall, he gave me a very welcoming environment where I could be myself, really dig deep into my insecurities and how I want to improve my self image. Can’t give more than 5 stars but I definitely would if I could. I gained a friend and trainer in 1 day!"
