"This place was amazing! We wanted to be close to the action, able to walk to we’re we wanted. Unit 3 delivered with bells on!! It was very clean, modern bath, fridge/microwave. The bed was like falling on a cloud!! So comfy after a long day (and night) of sightseeing. 2 steps away from Wild Horse saloon, a block or 2 from Tootsies, your buses, Rymen, Printer’s Alley. Shannon was awesome. We had a minor issue and she responded with a fix in just minutes. We will definitely repeat this stay!!!"

"The location is great and the bedrooms are OK. That's it for the good. The loft itself was dirty. It's fine if you're using it to just sleep. We were in unit #8 and the first night we get a message saying the condensation from our air unit was causing the alarm to go off at the bar connected to it. Shannon had to come and check it and was told that she knew the ac unit needed to be replaced. This is a party place only with disgusting furniture and nasty stuff in the kitchen. The bathroom upstairs bath filled up with water taking a shower so showers had to be taken downstairs. This unit is not family oriented. The remote did not work for any of the TV's. The whole place needs to be cleaned and updated. Everything needed to be dusted and and cleaned. It was so bad that we pulled down the comforters to make sure the sheets were clean. The comforters were yellow stained and needed to be either cleaned or replaced. I wouldn't stay again unless they were updated and cleaned."

"Don’t get me wrong, this place is in a great place, and are nice rooms. They are also pricey but like I said, it is a big room, BUT, when we arrived we noticed a big wet spot under the upstairs air conditioner on the carpet. So we took a picture and texted the company Obviously the floor was being ruined. They said they would pass the info along. 2 hours later, the puddle had doubled in size and we messaged them again. No response. We kept the air off when we were gone, but in august, we had to have the air when we were there. We had to put a trash can under the air conditioner because water was coming out so fast. We emptied the small trash can twice! So we decided to call AGAIN. left a message, no answer. Told them the carpet was being ruined. They never returned our call. We couldn’t get into the bathroom without walking through soggy wet carpet. There was a smell in the bathroom which led me to believe it had been leaking for awhile and they just never fixed it. For the price we paid, we shouldn’t have to walk through wet carpet, listen to the air conditioner drip all night, empty buckets of water, and smell what I assume was mold. We stayed in room number 5. Hopefully the other rooms are better well maintained. ( the pictures below are the first night, it was a lot bigger the next day)"

"Location, Location, Location!!!! This was in the heart of downtown. We walked out our door and everything was right there. Brittainy was so awesome. From the minute I made my reservation until the time we left she was wonderful. She had great ideas to eat and things to do. We stayed in Nashville 2 nights in Unit #2 We loved staying at this place so much we decided to come back and stayed our last 2 nights in Unit 4. I can not say enough about how clean and comfortable both units were kept. I will stay here over and over again. Getting a girls group together to go back in the spring. Recommond to all my friends. They also have made reservations and loved it."
