"Agree with another reviewer, they really do treat their customers with distain. They ordered me the wrong size product and refuse to refund me the cost. I’ve never even received the product. They have lied to my cc company so I couldn’t even get my money back that way. So now I have no product and they have my money. I don’t even feel comfortable going there to pick it up (what am I going to do with the wrong sized product?). Their policies are inequitable. I’ve only ever dealt with the owner. Very very upset."

"Horrible Customer service ! I spent thousands of dollars on Doors and remodel material and in the end when I asked for warranty support I was ignored and basically told to go away. Honestly, I am amazed that businesses like this can continue in a small community ( where word of mouth is prevalent ) when they consistently treat customers with such disdain.
