"I was super excited about how fast I was going to be seen and the price however I drove from hemit to my moms in riverside to drop of my kids just to drive all the way back and be told “today is not a good day sorry for the late response” I was also told to come back at 4 as if I didn’t jump hoops to get there the first time.
