"I’d recommend going to a local shop who will care much more about your vehicle and take pride in the work they do. I have white paint all over. It looks as if they took a spray gun in the wind and it blew over the entire car, windows, black molding…and then they wiped their hands on the black molding. I reached out after getting it back and it took over 48 hours to hear anything back. Still no resolution or explanation."

"Let's say that I would not take any vehicle to Caliber again. The initial estimation missed things. The secondary inspection once parts were out again either missed things or they didnt order parts on time resulting in the car staying with them over a month for a repair that should have concluded in days. Furthermore lack of logistic management and communication by the service rep was horrible. They have implemented a texting platform to keep you informed but its nothing more than pretty technology with no substance and to get a status of your vehicle you still have to make a phone call which you almost never will reach the representative and you will never receive a call back. I rated the experience as 2 only because the body work was acceptable. Service, management, logistics deserves a ZERO"
