"Waited in line but person in front of me wanted a military discount so it was taking a long time for the credit check. The other two checkers kept taking people behind me. When I finally changed lines fifteen minutes later, the checker told me she had to go do something else. I walked out without any purchases. Will never go back now that Lowes is just across the street."

"As always I wandered for a bit, I found what I needed. Quite surprisingly I walked in from the garden area and no one greeted me. I was there comparing dome pruning tools for a good 10 to 15 minutes before I made my selection. I then walked around the water house bbq area. I slowly walked down to the appliance isle looking at their washer dryer selection, two associates were their no one greeted me again I was there for a good 10 minutes. I then walked over to the door lock area where I made my decision to purchase 3 door knobs and two dead bolts, I was there for probably s good 15 minutes saw three associates at the special order desk for doors again no greeting. Then I walked up to pay at the self checkout. Again no greeting. Then the door alarm goes off and as usual u was told by the self check out person to go ahead and go? Why don't they ever take the bag ti the counter to deactivate the alarm chip. No if I return something with out a receipt and it goes off again, won't I be suspect??? What the blazes is going on down there?"

"Always very well stocked. They seem to have plenty of what I need for projects and if I need help I can always find it. Healthy plants in the garden. Always great deals."
