I brought my Mercedes in this morning and Branden took the time to answer my questions and even created a make shift desk for me in the waiting area so that I could do work while I waited- if that wasn't enough - he worked with the smog shop next door to his shop to have my smog certification completed at the same time just to make my life easier. All of this and the cost was 1/2 of what Mercedes of San Diego would have charged me. Look no further- you have found a mechanic you can trust."

"End of business day mid-week and I needed a starter ordered and installed before the day ended. Was on the phone with Daniel and he made it happen. I got my car to the shop, Daniel and Brandon wasted no time in pulling the old starter and replacing with the new one. Very impressed with the whole experience. "I can't say enough good things about Silver Arrow Autohaus and both Brandon and Dan who own and operate this business. I do not live in the San Diego area so when my 20 year old daughter called me and said that she was broken down on I-5 near San Diego I was somewhat panicked. After her and her 2002 Ford Ranger truck were safely off the road I began the search for a reputable auto shop. After reading their reviews I called Silver Arrow. It ended up needing a new/rebuilt engine and a rebuilt transmission (the transmission was showing signs of wear before her breakdown). Brandon and Dan were extremely professional and very conscientious about keeping the costs as low as possible since it ended up being a pretty big job. The costs were exactly what they quoted me and the work was completed in the time frame they gave. They kept me informed of their progress and gave such excellent explanations of what was going on that I felt very good about my choice. My daughter and her truck have been happily back on the road now for a few weeks and I feel great about the work that was done. They went above and beyond what most shops would have done for us and took away the stress of what could've been a very stressful situation. I'd give them more than five stars if I could! "After naively getting my new S5 serviced repeatedly at the Audi dealership and taking a big hit to my wallet, I decided to give Silver Arrow a try on a recommendation. Now knowing that I can pay half the price for a much more personal and friendly service, I will be coming back to Silver Arrow for all of my future repairs. "I brought my Jetta to this shop to have regularly scheduled maintenance done after my warranty period expired. I took it here to try a new shop that would be less expensive than the dealer, which this shop certainly was. Branden was very professional and completed the work sooner than he had quoted. It was easy to make the appointment and he answered all my questions about my car in a clear, concise way. When a daytime running light burnt out, I contacted him to see if I should bring it to him to replace or if I could replace it myself. He explained how easy it is to replace myself, although I could have brought it to the shop if I had trouble. I will definitely be bringing my car back to this shop."
