"The young lady at the counter was vary off putting. And seemed to have a short temper. I found what I needed but had to buy more than I needed. These guys need to work on the aditude. A little more cheerful help. That was last time. This time same lady but the experience was way better. They had what I wanted in stock. They did a much better job this time."

"Went in to buy bolts I needed and tools. To start of with the gentlemen that was in the counter totally ignored me when I walked up to him. I don't care if he was busy but at least he could've said something. My whole time there was a waste of time I didn't get help and I couldn't find what I needed. As to the last comment this store need to reevaluate their personnel. Guy was light skin, short, sort of bald and looked mad totally unattentive."
