Rochelle is always quick to respond and find a solution and there is nothing Jesse can’t fix. I put a work order in yesterday evening and Jesse is here by lunch with my issue resolved along with another I threw blindly at him. If it wasn’t for this maintenance team covering for this builder, I don’t know how it would be possible to stay. Hats off to this maintenance team! Keep up the great work."

"If you have ever heard of ERICA FLORES with Secure Property Management….BEWARE!!! She will do anything possible to torment you, to the point of creating LIES to force you out of your home!! On the day I received devastating health news, which she was informed, she goes above and beyond to send a breach of lease to me. I’m sorry…I have been very sick and unable to work on HER timeline with ABSOLUTELY NO accommodations, even though RENT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE ENTIRE LEASE. The house I rent from SECURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is indescribable. The house has been an extreme fire hazard since day 1, although I was not made aware. The plumbing and electricity were done in the most horrendous fashion. Both were installed in such a faulty manner, there was no way it was unknown to either the owner, secure property management, Erica Flores, or ALL!! Let me just show you exactly what I mean… (See below) And there is MUCH more!! Please do not risk your physical and emotional health, along with those you love, to even entertain any type of business with her or Secure Property Management!!"

"We are a military chaplain family who rented from Secure Property Management and it was our worst rental experience and worst property manager in 20 years of renting in the military, as well as worst move-out experience. I really wish we had read the negative reviews from other renters, including another military family regarding overcharges and rudeness and unprofessionalism. We experienced all of the above and felt taken advantage of on many levels. It is too long to go through in a review all the headache, poor quality work and move-out drama. I highly recommend that military families don’t rent from this dishonest property management company. Due to our PCS move, we couldn’t fight them in court and Erica and the owners definitely knew that and took advantage of it. I would make sure also that the property you are renting isn’t owned by Monarch Management of Tennessee by checking the tax records. Just stay away if you are an actual renter. Update Response: There was NOT severe damage to trim and baseboards by us. They were NOT painted prior to our move-in and we documented the damage that we observed on our move-in inspection sheet. We did not cause large grease stains on walls or use grease. The poor paint couldn’t handle any moisture or a touch by a hand. We had to buy a dehumidifier our first two weeks we moved in, due to the moisture issues downstairs we were already seeing and moisture marks on the walls. The downstairs air conditioner wasn’t working and there was a strong musty odor in the downstairs closet.The poor paint showed everything. I had to paint the bathrooms and kitchen with a matched semi-gloss when We moved in. A renter should NOT have to do that. I don’t expect Erica to be honest in any response and I didn’t not go into full detail about our drama. We did not personally put a hole in the vinyl.. It was damaged by movers and we were too late to submit the claim to the Army because the ENTIRE flooring was re-done before we could without our knowledge until afterwards we were given a $1500 bill for an entire kitchen. So again, sure Erica can write her defense but it is not in full context for the full two years we rented with issues. And yes unfortunately we had 54 maintenance requests in a rental that was vacant for years which we didn’t know prior to move-in. Again, I am stating that was this worst experience with a property manager and rentals in 20 years. And Erica’s attitude is less than favorable to deal with as was experienced by many reviews. We have never lived in a rental with such cheap quality paint that couldn’t be wiped down and Secure chose to re-paint after we moved out in a better quality paint. We never disputed wear and tear. We disputed blanket charges on blanket surface area without itemization for our specific wear and tear. That’s the honest context coming from this renter."
