"I came in to get a TRIM on my hair that was a little below waist-length. The lady took off at least 7 inches and gave me layers after we had only agreed that she would be taking about 2 inches off and cutting 2 short strands at the front. She took it upon herself to give me a haircut I didn't want, which is frustrating because my hair means a lot to me. At the end she commented that the haircut she had given me looked good on my straight hair. I didn't confront her because what's done is done, but if you're particular about your hair I wouldn't come here. This place is more of a barbershop than a beauty salon."
