"Very unprofessional and rude at times. I scheduled an appointment for two and only one was able to be seen by JJ. He failed to communicate that he has an appointment at the same time he told us to come in. I also spoke and said Hello how are you and got no response. He offered up his other barbers but trying to be funny when we had booked with him like we do every time we come. Prices are too high and some of the haircuts are not blended in. They also have a problem with their needed smoke breaks before a cut. JJ smoked a whole blunt forgetting he scheduled us for the morning and was visibly high cutting hair. You’re supposed to show your customers with the utmost respect not talk to them with an attitude. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere."
