"Received the “Angel Face” eyelash extensions by Julia. She was awesome and so sweet. Her eyelash room was very clean and relaxing. But overall, Top Shelf Beauty Bar is a very pretty office space that is clean and beautifully decorated as well, with multiple spacious rooms. In addition, I could truly tell that Julia took her time with applying my lash extensions. The Angel Face extensions are a more natural look, but definitely noticeable and she did them beautifully. They are not heavy at all, but they were still full. I will definitely be going back to Julia!"

"I've been coming to Top Shelf since they opened, but was using Chanell prior, when she had a little studio in Tracy. I love how efficient and professional Chanell is. My lashes are always to die for! She does amazing work, and they always last longer than suggested. I love the location of this salon, and I love that I can come and spend the day here! I recently received a facial from Taylor, which was absolutely heavenly, and a massage from Leslie, which who knew my muscles needed to be worked like that! It's cheaper here than other salons, and the work is never short of wonderful! On my most recent visit, I received microbladding done, which was an experience. It was quick, and looks so good- and makes my life so much easier. No more spending time drawing on my brows. This salon is a great one stop shop.
