"This place is a gem. Cute shop in a great area with lots of parking. Vu and Nancy are super friendly and keep the place neat and clean. Vu has been my go to nail tech for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. He is the best of the best. My nails always come out perfect, every single time. The quality of work speaks for itself. The only place I will go to get my nails done. Vu always exceeds my expectations. They offer other services as well. I highly recommend Yolo Beauté."

"Being a loyal, accommodating, and friendly customer is not the customer Nancy at Yolo Beauté is looking for. It’s so disappointing to say that I won’t be returning due to bad customer service from Nancy. I always booked my appointments weeks in advance and always showed up 10 minutes early. The one time my car breaks down, and I’m physically unable to get in my vehicle, is when I cancel a nail appointment that I always look forward to. I got my nails done there for around five months and never had any issues. Sure, Nancy, the woman that coordinates the appointments, is not the friendliest, but who cares because I loved the way Vu did my nails! Unfortunately, Nancy, the woman who does lashes, doesn’t know the value and doesn’t give back respect to her customers. Just like everyone else, I work hard for my money. And for most, getting their nails done is a relaxing treatment, some short time away from your busy day to do something nice for yourself. I’m very displeased by the customer service provided by Yolo Beauté. Nancy has never been kind and welcoming to me in person, as she has seen me many times.
