"Nicholas the manager wow very unprofessional on my return Came in with a sealed box sent from costumer service to inqure my refund He proceeded to open box then says its opend I can't take it what how I did all steps he asked to get my refund then because his ego says no .. Never will I spend my cash their until he gets fired for bad costumer service I pretty sure the employees he has under his wing have bad experience but are afraid to speak up Please corporate need to refund my cash I will go to my furthest extent to get my money i just want my dam money back"

"This place has terrible customer service. Every time I have gone, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Also, overall unaware of the producs they carry, or what they do. The last 3 times I have gone, the line is long and they have 1 checker. I just left my stuff there and left. The prices are lower, sure. But for the convenience of self checkout to avoid interacting with this rude staff, I'll pay the little extra at Home Depot. The Blossom Hill location is better. This one is worthless."
