"Contacted this vendor for GE repair. They showed up and looked at the washing machine, then left. I called a week later to check on the status of the repair, at which time I was told that a part had been ordered. A few weeks later, still no part, so I called GE. GE told me that ONSITE never ordered a part, due to tenants having a damaged machine. This had never been communicated to me, and instead, they gave me false information."

"TERRIBLE company to work for. Their "consultant"/construction manager Mike Schaeffer advertised a job which encompassed managing their new ADA Division & mostly working from home. He practically hired me on the spot due to my exceptional skills. On my first day, he changed my job role/priority because he desperately needed some help with a failing project in Oakland. I was happy to/able to accommodate some of the new needs, but not all of them (due to travel/commute challenges), so he "laid me off"/ aka fired me after only 3 weeks. WOW!!! I was being flexible & helpful. I was terminated for it. UNBELIEVABLE. Note, we never even got to work on the ADA Division (which is what I was originally hired for) and I never got to work from home. I left a REALLY good job to join ONSITE and now I'm unemployed. Owner Rich will sell you on his family values & "employees 1st", but he hasn't even had the decency to respond to me about this situation. This is NOT a reputable organization to work for, based on my experience. Immoral & Despicable!"
