"This company, Coastal Lumber, is not a reputable organization and should be avoided. They have failed to honor their commitments and have even admitted to making mistakes, yet they refuse to rectify the situation. The company lacks organization and has no clear schedule, resulting in delays and inconveniences. Furthermore, they fail to provide necessary paperwork after receiving full payment and charge additional fees without prior notice. Additionally, their work is often incorrect and misaligned, requiring multiple visits for corrections. The workers also engage in blame-shifting, which further exacerbates the situation. It is evident that this company lacks professionalism and integrity, and I strongly advise against doing business with them."

"This place has workers driving through red lights in their work truck (totally late couples seconds after red light) nearly crashing into my family car turning on green light. Stopped turning into intersection because this truck was not slowing down or else it would have been a side collison likely being a major injury or death. Don't know about their work and product quality but wouldn't trust the workers!!"

"Neighbor engaged coastline to get his fences replaced, including our shared fence. They put up a fence but other than that it seemed like they did not care about my side. At the price they were charging you would thing that the following would not have happened. 1. They moved one of the post locations so my fence no longer mounts. 2. They left a mess of rocks on my side of my fence 3. They pulled my lights off the fence, did not remount them and even putted some of the wiring apart. 4. One of the gates at my neighbor's house was wobbly afterwards. If you are looking for fence work, I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"Coastal Lumber was the warranty provider for our fencing used by century communities. They are a complete scam in terms of upholding their warranty. The fence has large gaps and their previous service people tried to fix it and it didn’t work. Now another person came in today and said the previous installers from the same company voided the warranty which doesn’t make any sense. Stay away from this company"
