I went to the warehouse and they said that they won't give any quote for non-contractor , according to the salesperson Andrew Verna . He said that contractors are "state- licensed " so they can get a quote. Then I asked , my architect license is also "state-license" . He finally agree to give me quotes on my small ADU project. I sent an email to him 2 days after I met this Andrew. NO REPLY . Later , I figured out they take orders for some low-ended lines shingles from Home Depot . No wonders! If you are not "state-licensed" contractor or home-depot , even you are a professional in the construction industry, they won't even look at your email . Don't waste your time. I went to other roof supply store . People were so much helpful and easy to work with . Prices are better then them, too( according to what I see on screen from Home-depot. I tried to quote a shingle from home-depot and discover home-depot orders from them. ABC s price is not very good according the screen I saw in home-depot) I will never direct any of my contractors of any projects to buy anything from them for my entire life ."

"I was there for awhile and NO ONE came up to see if I needed any help, and when I asked for help to find the color that I was looking for they sent me to a back room to look through and take as many pamphlets as I wanted but still no help to find what I was looking for, and I didn't find it in the pamphlets they had this time (I did last summer but my roofer was there with me on that visit)"
