"Was quoted 5 days of work for $2500. He said it should take him 4 days but he factored in one additional day for the unknown. While he was working I asked him to redo one section of the tiles in the bathroom which took an additional day. I understood the quote going to 3000 because of the extra request. Darrel Otto charged me $7000 for my bathroom and never finished the job! He broke the first tub that was shipped to my address then had me pay him for installing the second tub. I told him I was upset about paying him a second time. He said he would take care of the tub installation on his time. I paid him upfront for the bill and then he walked without installing it. He said he doesn t work for free. WOW!!"
