"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER JUST HORRIBLE. My husband and I walked in and there were two people behind the counter neither looked at us but did ask, “what do you need?” We are remodeling our kitchen and one woman pointed to a rack and said “those are what we have. “ I tried to ask a question and the woman blew her breath out. In the hour we were there one worker on the phone in a loud voice was distraught because an order went to LA the wrong place while the other worker was upset because she had ordered the wrong color of an item. They discussed this in front of us. No one helped us. We asked for pricing and they did not know but said they would get back to us. They never got back to us. When we returned the samples no one said a word. We just left them on the counter. Awful experience as we wanted to shop local."
