"Transcendent muffler shop experience! I purchased a catalytic converter shield online then realized I had neither the lift nor jack stands needed to safely install it myself. I called Cypress Muffler Shop an hour before they closed on a Friday. As I called I was thinking, "Surely there is no way this is going to happen today, they might not even answer right now."
