Dan the Tile Man,

"Don't hire this guy. He is very arrogant will talk rude to you if you question his work. He was hired to do our kitchen and we had issues with marks on our tile. When we questioned him about the sharpie marks on our tile he goes to mark up our entire kitchen and said that it not him or his fault. We called him back to fix the grout that was cracking as he said he will warranty it he was like oh you are that house that accused me of putting marks on your tile. And then started calling my wife names and degrading her. Don't Subject yourself to this guy."

"Dan did the tile job in my kitchen remodel and my neighbors remodeling projects. My neighbor recommended Dan to me since he was so happy with his work. My kitchen tile job came out great. "Im a Professional Licensed General Contractor, I called Dan to come give a bid. He admitted doesn't have a computer or a smart phone. Something any prfessional should have and know how to use. He told my client the smallest joints he can make are 1/8" inch. Also told her to build a bench in the shower it would have to be built solid box to the shower floor. Neither are true! This man is not up to speed on drains or new and less expensive techniques and styles. My opinion is give Dan the can! Also check to make sure he is licensed and insured, not just bonded if you do decide to go with Mr. Old school simpleton!"
