For such a small company Jena does such a great job at reaching out herself and making sure everything is taken care of. I recently have been ordering their premade fans and LOVE the way the 6D .07’s make my sets look. I just ordered a decent amount of them around a month ago, and I know their stock was a little low, I received the wrong premade fans ( .05’s instead of .07’s ). I reached out to Jena about my order and she immediately sent over a return label so I could send them back and swap them for the ones I needed.
