"Had a great experience the first time we came here. Have since attempted to return twice to purchase more stone for a garden project. The first time, we showed up during posted business hours on a Saturday to find them randomly closed with a handwritten sign up — nothing posted on their website or on Google. Came back again today, after again confirming their hours on both Google and their official website (claims they’re open until 2pm on Saturdays). Show up at 12:27 to find them closing the gate, and are told by an employee they now close at noon at Saturdays for winter hours. Tried to call twice ahead of coming — before noon — but no one answered the phone. Could have saved us an hour’s round trip drive and wasted gas had they either answered the phone or had the common courtesy to update their business hours on their Google listing or their own company website. Unprofessional."

"These guys run a well oiled machine. Picked up 4 yards of redwood bark and it was less than 10 minutes from arriving to departing! Good selection, reasonable prices, and the loaders are pretty good about helping secure the load for you so you don't need to get out of the truck. I'll be back for sure! Prior visit was to have them deliver 10 yards of bark to my house. 2 day leadtime on the delivery and a modest $40 delivery charge. Well worth it compared to renting a truck/trailer and spending my own time to pick it up (plus you don't have to move the bark twice)!"
