"I took my ring to them and only asked for a stone to be placed in it. Paid for the cost of the stone and mounting. When I returned to pick it up, they had put the stone in, but also took it upon themselves to physically alter my ring. I don’t mean they shined it up, they carved grooves into where they thought they should’ve been. I didn’t ask them to do that. I was so angry, I couldn’t even speak. They destroyed my ring!"

"WOW! I've never been more impressed with the professionalism, capability, character and service from a jeweler than at TK Wheeler Jewelers. My husband went in on a referral and we were sold on my chance to make my own wedding ring design and my husband was impressed with the fit and designs for men's rings. We sold our gold bar at what was a much fairer price than other stores nearby were offering (pure gold from the middle east), then we applied that to our ring purchase. My husband got his ring resized and buffed after the wedding, no issues. And I worked with TK from Virginia on my design through email, calls, and pictures of rings/styles I was interested in. My first ring was completely off from what I wanted but we realized it was a miscommunication from email issues. So with ten days to the wedding they rushed to get a design together that was better than what I wanted and they were even more considerate to elevate the outside bands to raise above the design so it could endure wear from the gym/outdoor activities while preserving the design. The ring was completed the day before the wedding, fit and looked exactly like the mockup! They promised to make the ring I wanted no matter what and they delivered despite distance and time constraints. My husband and I are happy to return to them to repair, design, and sell us all of our jewelry in the future. Thank you to the staff here for allowing us to have wonderful photos for our wedding! "What a beautiful store and lovely staff. I needed my grandmothers wedding band and engagement ring sized and they were able to do that for me in a couple of days. They also made the diamonds more secure and cleaned it up very nicely. Terry patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.
