"This collision center is a complete disaster. Incompetent employees, who can not keep up with files and bodywork is not so great. They want you to replace unnecessary parts that the employees that work from them are too incompetent to repair. My advice is to shop around and do your homework thoroughly before leaving your vehicle for repairs at this shop. It's not wise at all. I'm sure you will find better options."

"I was sent to this shop by Mercury Insurance for inspection and chose to have my repairs done too. Their work and customer service were excellent. They fixed my front bumper, fender, front door and rear door and made my car look like new. I was also particular about getting OEM parts which they accommodated, and when I found a scratch in my window after picking it up they immediately ordered a new one and got it fixed same day. Jeremy was awesome and office staff, Monique and Emily, were amazing as well. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them!"
