"Google searched for a mobile headliner repair. Bigs came up about second on the list. Called the first company and didn't really care for their personality. Called Bigs and spoke with Jim. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He ordered my material with no guarantee I would call him back. Material came in less than a week, Jim called, and scheduled my install. He showed up when he was supposed to, did a fantastic job, and did it correct (rolling the edges around the headliner board and glueing them down) so there's no worry about future separation or peeling. Work was done fast, and all the mess was cleaned up and hauled away. I think it looks better than it did when it came from the factory. Bigs is not the first mobile headliner repair I have used, but I guarantee he is the only one on my call list now."
