"Residential contract means nothing: I pay Lee $150 per year/per unit for a service contract. When their tech arrived in Oct 2022 he did not clean mildew off the blower housing. Another tech arrives in Nov 2022 for a different reason and charges me another $150 to clean the blower housing.
