"This company did my siding as a contractor of Lowe's. They marked the job as complete before they ever started the job. They are standing on the lie of having completed the job in November that wasn't completed until January. They did not cover my shrubs which are now ruined, but they say because it was not in the contract they are not liable. One would think that if they were a reputable company they would have taken care not to damage them anyway. Nothing about this job was on the up and up either with Lowe's or Dyersburg Insulation. If you look like me, get somebody else to do it. Neither company values your business."

"These guys are tops.. honest and experts. They just TOTALLY corrected another contractor’s (from Lowe’s) very poor install job on exterior door and storm door. Took me 7 months to get Lowe’s to rework doors and 1 day for these guys to perfectly reinstall. Thank you!!"

"They don't have any idea how to do the fencing job.we went to Lowe's for our fence project and after paying 7,800,00 for the job we are very dispointed. The posts are all uneven, they didn't put the gate on right, pickets are split and warped. Over all I will not use Lowe's again for my additional fencing and would not want to use this company as well. No one checked with us from this company to assure we were satisfied. Lowe's sent them back out to fix issues but half of the issues were not addressed."
