"Brought in an oil change coupon with free tire rotation for $39.95. Presented to lady at the counter and after the work was done was charged $77. Called out manager and was told they put synthetic oil in my car because they no longer carried regular oil. Bait and switch??? Then reimbursed him $11 for tire rotation. We just don’t learn. Every time we go in there they see and elderly “SUCKER” and we just never learn. Nissan coupons target older people on fixed incomes and as much as we think we are seasoned and know better, we get RIPPED every time. Please God give me the intelligence to not fall for this scam again!!!!!! So many stories about this business and not enough time to tell or space to write it down."

"Brandon was incredibly helpful and quickly got us into a vehicle that we love! My other vehicle gave out on me and wasn't worth fixing. My husband and I decided we wanted something reliable but it needed to be done fast so I could have transportation for work. We didn't have the money for a down payment but we called and spoke with Brandon. He got all of our info and called us back with a good vehicle he found they we were approved for. "Oil change & tire rotation. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the lady in the service department was pleasant. I was a little surprised though that they didn’t do the complementary vacuuming in the front driver/passenger area like usual. Other than that, everything was fine. Thank you to Bronson at the checkout desk for providing excellent customer service. Each time I’ve been there he’s greeted me with a smile. He’s friendly, pleasant and always professional."
