"Would leave zero stars if possible. They “lost” my yellow diamond engagement ring they had on consignment for me. Preston the owner was not helpful, made it clear that he did not care they lost it, and refused to even look at security camera footage to see what happened to it. I’ll never do business at his stores again. Obviously someone or an employee stole it or he sold it under the table. I had to keep calling him about it....their customer service is worse than terrible. Very sketchy business practices. He swears this has never happened before...I don’t believe that for one second. Do not shop/do business at this scam of a jewelry store."
