"If you need good quality work at fair prices, I cannot recommend anyone better in our area than Ben and the rest of the fine folks at Knoxville AC. I originally wanted to do minisplits in the upstairs bedrooms due to their great efficiency. Ben told me about their ducted minisplit option which was a great option for my home and much more cost effective. They did a great job for me, they came when they said they would and were very accommodating almost to a fault, lol. Part of my job entailed new duct work and putting in new registers in the ceiling as the old system had used one that were in the walls. While discussing the job initially I had indicated that I was fine with them going to the same general locations as the wall vents were but while they were working, I asked them if they could put them in a different place on the day of. I asked then if my new design would be simpler for them to put in and they confirmed that it would be, but were prepared to put the vents anywhere I wanted regardless how easy or hard it would be. Plus they were as clean as they could be during the job and tidied up well after the job was done. They even moved the dressers back into place that I had moved out in preparation for their work. I was also impressed that when Ben came to check the job over, not only did he do a real inspection of the work but he grabbed a broom and helped the guys finish up so they could get done quicker. My only regret was that I didn’t know about them when my other unit died the year before. Sorry it took so long to get this review out but it was a crazy couple of months since the job."
