"Sarah at the Oakwood Commons location is awesome!!! Usually I prepare my taxes myself, and I did again this year using the online software. However, with so many different circumstances in 2020, I needed some additional help, so I decided to seek a tax advisor. My 1st attempt at an advisor was at another location in Hermitage. Unfortunately, this advisor did not represent H&R Block's excellence and ethical values. When I sat down with Sarah, she found so many mistakes that had been made by the previous advisor. He wasn't interested in helping me get the maximum return. Sarah found steps he skipped that helped to increase my refund! She also was very detailed with her explanations and made sure I clearly understood my return. Sarah provided the exact help that I was seeking! Overall, H&R Block is the best in my opinion to maximize my refund! I compared online softwares before going to a location and every time, H&R Block was able to find more money than the others. Thank you Sarah and H&R Block."

"Went in my lunch break to ask a few questions on price. Lady at front desk was short knew absolutely nothing about her place of employment. While I was asking a question she picked up her phone to text I left before I said anything to rude. With times this hard I’m sure you find someone that was at least pleasant to speak not now a negative Nancy.. I doubt I will be back. Unless y’all can convince me otherwise there a lots of tax services wanting peoples business"
