"If I could give this place a 0 I would not only is their team careless with your money but so is the manager. The name of the manager is Jamie Richard. Thankfully the district manager Mark helped me get my money back. But I am never coming back to this company ever again. I can not trust anyone in there with my money. The woman who filed my taxes made a mistake and instead of apologizing and trying to fix it to avoid fees on me when her co worker said “you could of just done this”. she threw her hands up in the air and walked away. I did not get an apology from anyone and had to legit hustle to not get overcharged. These people are careless with my money and my business. I am taking it else where"

"I recently gave a 1 star due to the service that I received in person. Lady at front counter was nice but didn’t seem to care too much for her job at the time. She did not initially ask me if I was doing a drop off and automatically assumed that I was going to wait in the lobby. That alone made the process longer than necessary. I was more upset at the situation more than anything and not really at her because I was in a hurry and had other things to do. Things happen and I shouldn’t have been so quick to give a bad review. Regardless if the previous review was justified or not, the beyond exceptional service I received over the phone later that day overrides it all. 5 STARS!!! Through and through! I have been filing taxes with H&R Block for 4 years plus and never had any major issues."
