"Perfect experience especially in a stressful situation. My only comment would be that I got a text that my phone was ready but it was the phone being fixed so an email may have been better. It didn't matter in the big picture though because I showed up a little before my pickup time and it was ready. Also thanks to the informational posters I learned about other services I need being offered, the location is convenient so I guess I will get those taken care of soon!"

"The staff there are phenomenal! I was worried about the price and they went over my phone and how new it was a previous problems with the brand and model. They had explained to me about how hard it was to get the parts. Because of something due to Samsung. They got me in a lot sooner than what they thought they could. They were super friendly very knowledgeable and I want to thank everyone of them that had a part in helping me get back in my phone. Kudos to each and every one of them!"

"Staff was great, product not so much. Repaired the same screen a few months ago at a different location with no issues. After breaking my phone a second time in a short period I decided I wouldn't touch my phone until I got a really good case. The phone did nothing besides maybe go inside my pocket once and before I could even get home to order a case there's a scratch on the screen. They want another $325 to fix it but I wouldn't spend $10 on another screen from here. Additionally, stay away from the gadget guard screen protector they offer."
