I dropped off her laptop and they diagnosed the problem then gave me a fair quote for repair within a reasonable time frame; we decided to go ahead with it. The laptop had a full motherboard replacement and works exactly like it did prior to the shutdown issue. My friend was very pleased with the work done to her laptop. Nash Nerds is a family run business. Judah and Lynsey are not only friendly but treat your devices with the upmost care. "I brought my laptop in to get the keys fixed, and they gave me an estimate within about an hour. I changed my mind on the fix and came to pick up the laptop and it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. I vented my frustrations, and they reached out and offered a solution which was very kind of them. Not only did they have my laptop functioning properly again, but the turnaround time was a LOT sooner than I was expecting! The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Judah and Lynsey were very sweet and their service is greatly appreciated!"
