"I TRIED to do business with these guys! I've TRIED to do business with these guys, as their reviews are generally pretty darn good, but no luck. I had a salesman come out on a couple different occasions last year and give me a quote and after the second one I tried to confirm a couple of details with him, but he never got back with me. He was supposed to contact me again after he returned from his vacation after the last visit, but I never heard from him again, even after sending an email to his office email while he was away. Figured I'd hear from him upon return, but nope! I put it off for a while and figuring I would just install the door myself several months later, I actually went into their showroom and spoke with a gentleman who was very nice and informative and he was supposed to have the same salesman get back with me after he returned from yet another vacation in January, but once again nothing. I guess I must have pissed the guy off somehow, or maybe he just doesn't like the way I look or something. Who knows?! I don't like having to chase company representatives before an installation or work is performed because that's usually an indication of what you're going to get during and after the service is complete, esp in case of any issues later. So, on to another garage door company I go with my business! One that might appreciate having it!"

"Quick install and good communication. Had to get tech to come back out, since there was an issue with the install that was causing the garage door to slam shut but tech resolved the issue quickly and at no charge, since we were under warranty. All in all, a good experience."
