"Do not use this company. We bought a new house. Installed our own thermostats and no one told us that if we did that, they wouihonor the warranty. Well, I then had a local company come out to figure out the issue we have. They discovered multiple issues of installation. So I now have to pay someone to fix the work they "didn't" do."
"I found and have been using Reliance for an unusual project where I am converting a 1500sf "crawl space" into a fully furnished in-law suite. The house was constructed with stepped footings (on a hillside elevation) with inside clearance from as low as 4ft up to 15ft. The project involved not only removing a mountain of dirt, but also engineering a solution to supplement the foundation where the footers only had the 4ft elevation. Hank from Reliance introduced me to the engineers and companies that are making this happen. This including piering systems from USS, waterproofing, and replacement of the existing support poles with a wide spands of LVL that really opened up the entire floorplan. The project is ongoing, but Reliance deserves credit for getting it this far already."
