"This place is the sportsclips of fixing computers. DO NOT GO TO GEEK SQUAD. They said if my motherboard is broken it’s impossible for them to fix it. It’s as easy as taking out all the parts and getting a new motherboard."

"I contacted Geek Squad to have a TV & Sound bar mounted on August 10, 2020 and was quoted 482.85! I scheduled the install however called back the same day to cancel the order. I was only refunded 263.36 which was only for the install. Apparently Total Tech Support and Web Root was added to my order and I have been battling Geek Squad since August 14, 2020 to have the remainder balance of 219.49 refunded. They have yet to refund me this amount. I have had to formally file a complaint via the BBB hoping they can assist me. Needless to say I will never shop at Best Buy again as they are over priced and if it is a Geek Squad order good luck with your refund."
