"Del taco is my favorite fast food place. However, customer service is lacking. Time and again, visits to Del Taco have been marred by a palpable disregard for customer engagement—being ignored, sidelined, and brushed off has become the norm rather than the exception. More distressingly, these interactions—or lack thereof—often carry an undercurrent of discrimination, with muttered remarks hinting at racially motivated bias. This behavior is not only disheartening but wholly unacceptable in our richly diverse society. It is imperative that Del Taco address these significant shortcomings in customer service and foster an environment where all individuals are treated with the respect and equality they unequivocally deserve. In bringing these concerns to light, I hope to encourage a dialogue that leads to tangible change, ensuring that Del Taco can be a place where the excellence of its food is matched by the inclusivity and warmth of its service."
