"In Sept 2018, I hired Shayn Webster, owner of Dedicated HVAC & Electric, to install a new hvac unit which ended up costing $6k. In June 2019 the unit wasn’t sufficiently cooling, and after repeated voicemails, texts, and emails that Shayn never responded to, I finally had to HIRE a professional to come trouble shoot and service the unit which should have been under the warranty of Shayn and Dedicated Electric during year 1. This cost roughly $1k to remedy and replace a compressor that was damaged due to an improper install. It's too bad Shayn doesn’t stand behind his work, I could never recommend him to anyone, STAY AWAY!"
