After getting lied to and told I needed to get my entire HVAC unit replaced due to an electrical fire that never happened from a company called AireServ (this would have cost us $14-20k), I reached out to Demetric to get a second opinion without telling him what this other company told me. Demetric came out and ran some tests (something this other company never actually did) and told me all I needed was a cleaning and didn’t even want to charge me for it!
