"service was great swift and fast until i was sent a notice from the company that state farm didnt pay their half of the bill which isnt the brunt of my problem at all and not jac-co's fault as well my problem is their is still a leak in my parents bedroom idk if its a roof issue which was suppose to be fixed months ago when they came around march/april id have to check my claim for a more specific date but as of 8/9/23 the roof or where the plate was swapped out and replaced for the fan has leaked again idk who's gonna fix it this time but im contacting state farm again and can't to get this nightmare house out of my hands thanks for fixing my dining and kitchen area but maybe the fan swap damaged the previous work"
