"I came here to have my brakes and rotors replaced. Will was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the parts that were needed for it to be fixed. The sound of my brakes were so loud and embarrassing. I initially didn’t have all of the matching parts but he explained what parts I needed to request. When I returned to the store, I was able to confidently say what I needed. I returned to Will with the parts and he replaced them. I noticed something was still off as I drove. I went back and had them inspected once more and he immediately was able to find the problem and fix it. A colleague used my car for most of the week as I was away.
